Hyalinobatrachium valerioi may be the answer for all these questions simply; it is a completely transparent creature! Which has a glassy skin allows you see all its organs from outside, and because of that it was called Reticulated Glass Frog, beside other different names like La Palma glass frog, Ranita de Vidrio, Rana de Cristal de Valerio, and Valerio’s Glass Frog.
Reticulated Glass Frog belongs to frogs’ family called Centrolenidae, and thebest home for these kinds of frogs is the rainforests, as they prefer wet climate, and low lands, to be able to move between plants, bushes, and trees. You can find them in Panama, western Colombia, Ecuador, middle Magdalena Valley, and Costa Rica.
The females of the Reticulated Glass Frog are bigger than males slightly, although both of them consider small frogs. The males are in average about 19.5 to 24.0 mm, and the females are in range of 22.5 to 26 mm.
These frogs have a green background with rounded yellow spots, and little dots in black. Also it have shagreened up surface full with mini bumps. The belly is so transparent to the extent that you can watch the heart of the Reticulated Glass Frog beating in fresh blood red color, but the liver, and some of other digestive organs don’t appear because of the existence of white coat of guanine.
The head of the La Palma glass frog is wide than body slightly, and had a snout looks like if it was cut from up. It has a gold bunchy eye, and the ears can’t be recognized.

The Reticulated Glass Frog males continue their wonderful effort by keeping the eggs wet though putting their bladders’ liquid on the eggs, and standing above it sometimes, also they may make tricks to save eggs clutches by changing its colors to look similar to their bodies in order not to be attacked, it can be a hard time for males, they had to do their best every single hour in the day, and with time the eggs become darker until it hatches.
